Frequently asked questions

When I login I don't have access to any training?

If you have just created an account and don't have access to any training, it most likely means you did not use the account activation email that was sent out. You must use the button in that email to create you account initially.

If you previously had access to training but it's no longer on your dashboard, speak with your principal to see if the school renewed their subscription. If not, you will have lost access to all content.

How do I get my certificates?

If you have completed a training and answered the Quiz questions, your certificate should appear automatically. It is always available to download when you click into the specific course and scroll to the bottom of the screen. A Download Certificate button should be visible.

If you watched the training as part of a group, you just need to complete the quiz questions on your dashboard to get your certificate.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

As this is a subscription service, you must pay by card or direct debit.

How do the live webinars work?

You need to register for any of the live training that is coming up. It is hosted through Zoom and you will receive a link to access the training after you have registered.

What if I miss a training, can I watch a recording?

The live training sessions are not mandatory to attend and all training is uploaded to your dashboard the following day so you can watch it at your convenience.
