If you are looking to cancel your subscription you can do this by accessing the 'Your Subscription' section. This button is located in the header menu of the My OT & Me website or in the dropdown menu on a phone or tablet. If you cancel on the day of, or the day before your billing date, you may still be charged. You will still receive the following months box and your subscription will be cancelled after this.
Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any point.
If you pause your subscription you can reactive it when it suits you.
We aim to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and will do what we can to resolve any issues you may have.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days for products bought through the online store (non-subscription). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
My OT University purchases cannot be refunded.
Octobox can be refunded to a maximum of one month previous. This only applies if the Octobox is returned to us in the same condition as you received it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to us and you will be refunded minus the shipping fee we incurred sending it to you initially.
Please contact support at email@example.com if any items arrived damaged within Octobox and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for reading their emails and following the instructions within the emails for account set up and management. The emails you receive after your initial purchase contains important information and should be read.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
